A classic Australian style perfected at Romalo Cellars by the Walker family. Norman Walker learned the art of sparkling winemaking from his father Hurtle before passing his secrets
onto his son Nick, co-founder of OLeary Walker. Combined, Norm and Hurtle have been at the forefront of Australias sparkling wine industry for over 100 years. In honour of Norm and Hurtle, this sparkling shiraz is named Romalo, after the cellars where they spent many years fine-tuning their craft.
This sparkling shiraz is aged in five-year-old French oak for two years before spending a further two years on tirage, developing beautiful complexity.
